CALIFORNIA MASTITIS KIT
Clean teats, strip few squirts of milk, then collect from each quarter into the respective wells.
Tilt the plate in order to estimate the volume of milk (1 to 2 ml). add a 3 ml of CMT solution to each well.
mix 3 ml CMT solution and milk by swirling the paddle.
positive reactions will be indicated by a gelantinous mass that collects near the center of the well as it is being swirled, note the purple color of the gelatinous mas in this.
